Lily & Roo team is extremely professional and provides amazing customer service! One of the earrings that I got delivered was unfortunately faulty but the team sent me a replacement and was pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be ordering more jewellery from them in the future. Got loads of compliments on the earrings too!

Purchased a solid gold pendant and chain from L&R before Christmas. It was supposed to arrive in a few days but ended up taking about 4 weeks, which was a shame. The good thing is the pendant itself is lovely. The chain however is incredibly flimsy and so thin it looks a bit strange with the pendant. The first chain snapped in less than 2 weeks and they had to send a replacement, which I think is because the joins are too weak. Second chain seems exactly the same as the first so I am purchasing a separate chain elsewhere. So nice pendant, but chain poor quality.

Extremely impressed with Lily & Roo, love there products and the service they have provided. I absolutely love my pearl necklace and bracelet, they are extremely great quality and look beautiful on! Unfortunately, the clasp on my bracelet had broken a month or so in of having it so I contacted customer service and they where more than happy to repair it, they sent me the return label, I took it to the post office and received the bracelet back in just under a week! A completely pain free experience and I couldn’t recommend Lily & Roo enough, extremely helpful and great quality jewellery.

I'm a repeat customer at Lily and Roo now. I have bought earrings for myself and gift jewellery for my daughter. I like the modern twist that Lily and Roo has. And the customer service is great. I will clearly be buying again from the collection!

I ordered something by mistake, a gold necklace with an initial. I ordered the Pearl one instead of diamond ..for my Daughter’s 50th. I was quite upset I’d made this silly mistake but two ladies were so brilliant to me, they are Breanna and Olivia. They made me feel listened to, said the nicest things to me and reassured me everything would be ok! They sent step by step instructions telling me what to do which was so easy to follow, they exchanged it in no time . So Thank you, you lovely pair !

I bought a bracelet for my daughter to Wear on her Wedding Day. It came back and was so beautiful on her. Since then I have bought quite a few items including necklaces ring and bracelets for her.
They come in a beautifully presented box when you open says With Love.
Lily and Roo reply to every question quickly and with confidence.
I cannot recommend Lily and Roo enough.
It made both my daughters big day and mine.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. I wanted the calendar necklace but with two gems on - I emailed the team and Breanna was so incredibly helpful! She suggested I have the two different dates on each side which I had never thought of which meant I could have both special dates. She was super quick to respond and understood what I wanted before I did! I cannot wait for my necklace to arrive! Thank you so much!!

I had received a lovely necklace as a birthday gift - unfortunately I managed to break it (very fine chain) - but Lily and Roo were able to fix it for me without even charging. What fantastic customer service! The interaction with the team via email to arrange the repair was also great - prompt, friendly and helpful.
I love the necklace and it's special to me as it was a gift, so I am really pleased to have it repaired.
I have since gone on to buy myself another necklace and bracelet, lovely products at really fair prices, made in the UK and with a nice responsible company ethos.

I would highly recommend this company. I've loved all the jewellery I've received and when I've had an issue with one of the gems falling out, a replacement was sent and delivered within 24 hours! I was shocked at how amazing their customer service team was, Breana is a credit to their team!

I ordered some huggie pearl earings on diamond hoops and a matching pearl necklace as a gift for my daughter to wear on her wedding day. The jewellery came very quickly and was absolutely lovely but the necklace pearl was very small. On contacting Lily and Roo, Olivia was so helpful and the next day I received a larger pearl which suits the earings perfectly.

I wanted a bespoke piece of jewellery which I also wanted personalised. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and needed some guidance. I started messaging through the website to a lovely and helpful lady called Breanna who sent me photos and ideas of how I could make make the necklace individual to me and with a lot of back and forth I finally made a decision and I couldn’t be happier.
